Account & Data Overview
Mobile Go Bahamas (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Connectiva Ltd & OSA Enterprises Ltd, allows users to create an account to access our mobile top-up, bill payment, gift card, and jail fund services.
When you create an account, we may store:
- Name and contact information (email, phone number)
- Transaction history
- Payment method details (tokenised, not stored in full)
- Device and usage information
Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. When your account is deleted:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone) will be permanently removed.
- Stored payment tokens will be revoked and deleted.
- Transaction history will be anonymised or deleted in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping requirements.
- Any remaining account balance or pending transactions must be resolved before deletion can be completed.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, you can:
- Email us at info@mgobahamas.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address or phone number associated with your account.
- Use the app — navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account from within the Mobile Go Bahamas app.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted. During this period you may cancel the request by contacting us.
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained after account deletion where required by law (e.g. financial transaction records under Bahamian regulations). Any retained data will be anonymised and used solely for regulatory compliance.
